Her expertise in style brings an exceptional understanding of what appearance communicates. Her work in non-verbal communication extends that into posture, movement and behaviour. And her own life provides an understanding of social nuance that cannot be acquired from an etiquette manual.

Isobel does not simply teach the rules. She teaches the judgement behind them.
